1. Our Trademarks
The following marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of KelownaPrintCo and may not be used without prior written permission:

Taglines/Slogans, such as “High-quality, affordable printing solutions with unmatched customer care.”
Custom Product Names or Services , “KelownaPrintCo™”
❗Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Client Trademarks & Patented Materials
When you submit artwork, logos, or designs that include trademarks, service marks, or patented elements, you confirm that:
You own the rightsto use the marks and designs, or
You have received express written permission or licensing from the rightful owner(s)
🛑 We do not assume liability for trademark or patent violations related to customer-submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on intellectual property rights.
3 Use of Third-Party Marks
If your order includes third-party trademarks (e.g., sports teams, brand logos, or character images), you must provide proof of authorization. Orders containing unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked content will be cancelled or placed on hold pending verification.
4. Respecting Intellectual Property
We are committed to helping businesses bring their branding and product ideas to life, but we do so within the boundaries of copyright, trademark, and patent law. We:
Do not reuse or resell your proprietary designs or trademarks
Maintain confidentiality of all files and designs submitted
Will cooperate with authorities in cases of reported infringement
5. Patent Disclosures (If Applicable)
Some of our unique printing methods, packaging formats, or custom-developed tools may be protected by patents or pending patent applications. If applicable, patent numbers or application references will be made available upon request or marked on the product.
